At Larroude, we want you to love your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure soles are unmarked and all protective film is intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and print it directly from your browser or save the QR code for a paperless drop-off.
Package Your Items
Place your shoes back in their original Larroude dust bag and box, then secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
